Here is an interesting bit. I wrote an e-mail to answer desk, and got a great reply.
Then John Schoen asked me how I got a g-mail account so I hooked him up with an invitation, and the next thing I know he is using my e-mail questions about eminent domain for answer desk.

That's awesome! And, he had a great reply. He gave some great advice about how to play on the government's level in the "eminent domain" game. I like that he added that if the government is going to take your house they also have to pay your legal fees. I say buy the best damn laywer you can find if the need arises... or better yet, buy two!! :-D That's too cool, Kevin!
